Refund and Cancelation

Cancellation & Refund Policy Last updated on 28-02-2024 17:07:49 GLOBAL FOOTWEAR INDUSTRIES believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• GLOBAL FOOTWEAR INDUSTRIES does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the GLOBAL FOOTWEAR INDUSTRIES, it’ll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

How to Return a Product?

– State the recipient’s address and Order ID on the package’s front side

– Ensure the item is clean and secure with its original tags, labels, documentation, and barcodes within the package

– Choose a logistics company that provides a tracking ID for easy tracking and safety

Guidelines for Simplified Returns and Refunds

– Customers can return items through a reputable courier service of their choosing

– Courier charges for item returns are not covered by Global Footwear Industries

– To ensure successful return and refund, items must be unused, unworn, clean, and returned in the original delivery box

– All original packaging, labels, barcodes, and tags must be intact; otherwise, the return will be rejected

– The Global Footwear Industries warehouse address must be accurately written on the package

– No refunds or compensation are offered in the event of a price drop after order placement or receipt

– Return and refund requests must be made via the given email address.

– Do not return products without receiving an acknowledgment from our team

– Discounted or exempted amounts are not eligible for refund
