How to Return a Product?
To ensure the returned product arrives at the Global Footwear Industries Showroom promptly and safely, please adhere to the guidelines below. Failure to comply may lead to delays in refund or request rejection.
– Repackage the item in its original packaging
– Clearly indicate the Order ID, Name, and Address inside the package
– State the recipient’s address and Order ID on the package’s front side
– Ensure the item is clean and secure with its original tags, labels, documentation, and barcodes within the package
– Choose a logistics company that provides a tracking ID for easy tracking and safety

Guidelines for Simplified Returns and Refunds
